Kevin Xu serves as the CEO of MEBO International Inc. and Skingenix Inc. He is a member of the Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee of the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the APEC 2023 host committee. 

His appointments include Executive Board member of the Bay Area Council and co-chair of the International Committee, member of the Los Angeles County Mental Health Commission, and International Policy Committee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Kevin serves as a member of the Clinton Global Initiative, the Forbes Non-Profit Council, the Fortune CEO Initiative, and the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC). 

Kevin founded the National Rongxiang Xu Foundation, the Human Heritage Project, and California Fights Against Coronavirus (CFAC). He is the President of the International Society of Regenerative Medicine and Wound Repair (ISRMWR). He also serves on the advisory board of the Rongxiang Xu Center for Regenerative Therapeutics at Beth Israel Deaconess Center of Harvard Medical School; the advisory board of the Kevin Xu Neurotechnology Center at the California Institute of Technology; the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology Asian Advisory Board; the Presidential Council of California State University, Los Angeles; and the e-sports committee of the University of California, Irvine. 

He founded the Kevin Xu Initiative at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and the Kevin Xu Initiative at the Rhodes Trust at the University of Oxford. Kevin is a regular contributor for Wired, Forbes, Inc., Entrepreneur, Business Insider, and numerous other publications. He is the owner of LA Weekly and The Village Voice. 

He is the recipient of Empact100 recognition from the United Nations and the USC Young Alumni Award.
